Jones and I have been married for 10 years. I stay home with our three children. He works a maintenance job in a factory. We met and fell in love in college and were shortly after married and began our family a year later. We both have been called to follow Jesus and spend our time trying to live by James 4:15 Instead you ought to say, “If the Lord wills, we will live and do this or that”. That is how we have come to this journey of foster to adopt. God has given us the desire to have more children and He has lead us down many little paths to get to this specific point. We trust He has a plan and we will do our best not to fight it but to learn from it, grow through it and give Him all the glory.
Through our 10 years of married life God has blessed us immensely with three children. They all share a birthday month (no plan of ours) and were born within a four year period of time! Wow, those were some great years and trying years.
Thing 1 our oldest, our son is in one word, inquisitive.
Thing 2, our oldest daughter born one year later and over month early. She is a very complex individual but in a word she is quirky.
Thing 3, the youngest for five years, she is always ready to the next thing. This baby girl is spunky.
